Scope of Services

Janki Caterers provides catering, tent-house arrangements, event decoration and related event support subject to the services listed in the confirmed quotation. Items not expressly included in the quotation are not automatically part of the booking.

Enquiries, Quotations and Confirmation

An enquiry or preliminary quotation does not reserve an event date. Please check the event date, venue, guest count, menu, equipment, setup requirements, service timings, taxes and any additional charges before confirming. A booking is confirmed only when Janki Caterers communicates its acceptance and any agreed booking conditions are met.

Pricing and Payments

The final price, advance amount, due dates, applicable taxes, transport charges and payment method will be specified in the quotation or booking confirmation. Any additions or changes may require a revised quotation. Please request a receipt or written acknowledgement for payments.

Event Changes and Rescheduling

Changes to dates, guest numbers, menu selections, venue, timing, decoration or equipment must be requested as early as possible. Changes are subject to availability, supplier commitments and any price difference. Rescheduling is not automatically guaranteed.

Venue Access and Client Responsibilities

The customer should provide accurate venue details, adequate access for delivery and setup, a safe working area and any required venue approvals or permissions. Electricity, water, parking, loading arrangements and other site requirements should be clarified in advance as part of the quotation.

Equipment, Damage and Safety

Where equipment is supplied, the customer should use it reasonably and avoid unauthorized relocation or alteration. Responsibility for damage, loss, security deposits or replacement costs, if applicable, must be specified in the booking agreement. Safety requirements and venue rules must be followed.

Service Adjustments and Unforeseen Events

If circumstances outside reasonable control affect delivery, such as severe weather, government restrictions or venue access problems, both parties should promptly discuss practical alternatives. Any refunds or revised arrangements remain subject to the confirmed agreement and applicable law.

Complaints and Disputes

Please raise any service concern as soon as possible, preferably during the event so the team has an opportunity to respond. For unresolved matters, contact the business using the numbers below. Nothing on this page limits rights available under applicable consumer law.
