Before You Confirm a Booking

Cancellation and refund terms depend on the event date, services selected, advance payments, supplier commitments and the written quotation or booking confirmation. Please obtain and review the event-specific cancellation schedule before making an advance payment.

How to Request Cancellation

Call +91 97174 02560 or +91 81786 76748 as soon as possible. Share the booking name, event date, venue and booking reference (if any). Ask for written acknowledgement of the cancellation request and the effective cancellation date.

Advance Payments and Refund Assessment

Any refund is assessed against the confirmed booking terms, work already completed, goods procured, supplier or venue commitments and applicable law. This website does not promise a fixed refundable percentage, a universal non-refundable deposit or a guaranteed refund timeline.

Date Changes and Rescheduling

A request to postpone or reschedule an event is subject to team and equipment availability and any additional costs. A new date is confirmed only after Janki Caterers accepts the change. Any advance adjustment should be documented in writing.

Changes to Guest Count or Services

Reducing guest count, menu items, decoration or tent equipment may not reduce the price proportionately if purchases or preparations have already been committed. Additional services may incur extra charges. Request a revised quotation for approval.

Cancellation by the Service Provider

If Janki Caterers cannot provide a confirmed service, the parties should promptly discuss a suitable alternative, rescheduling or refund in accordance with their agreement and applicable law.

Refund Method and Communication

If a refund is approved, the amount, method and expected processing time should be confirmed in writing. Bank or payment-provider processing times may vary. Keep payment records and booking correspondence until the matter is resolved.
